🌸🖤 THIS NOVEMBER 28TH… IT’S TIME TO GET YOUR BREATH ON! 🖤🌸
✨ THE LOTUS PROJECT 🤝 BIG AL’S WALKS FOR MENTAL HEALTH ✨
Two missions. One powerful purpose. A community coming together to make a difference. 💜
This November, The Lotus Project and Big Al’s Walks for Mental Health are teaming up for a special 9D Breathwork Experience — bringing people together to breathe, release, reset and reconnect.
🚶♂️ WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
Alan Thorpe, the man behind I Walk for Men’s Mental Health and Big Al’s Walks for Mental Health, has walked thousands of kilometres to raise awareness, break the stigma surrounding mental health and remind people that nobody should have to struggle in silence.
🌸 The Lotus Project is joining forces with Alan to support the important work he does in the community, helping spread awareness, build connections and create opportunities for people to feel heard, supported and less alone.
🎟️ TICKETS: $150
❤️ $50 FROM EVERY TICKET SOLD GOES DIRECTLY TO BIG AL’S WALKS FOR MENTAL HEALTH!
Your ticket doesn’t just give you a unique experience — it also helps support Alan’s ongoing mission to make a difference in people’s lives and keep the conversation around mental health alive.
🧘♀️ WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
✨ A unique 9D breathwork experience
✨ Sound, frequency, healing and guided relaxation
✨ Time to reconnect with yourself and recharge
✨ A welcoming space for men, women and supporters
✨ The chance to support a meaningful cause while investing in your own wellbeing
📅 SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 28TH, 2026
📍 LOCATION: TO BE ANNOUNCED
This is about more than breathwork. It’s about connection, community and making mental wellbeing a priority.
Sometimes we all need to stop, take a breath and give ourselves permission to reset. And sometimes, the best thing we can do is show up for ourselves while helping someone else along the way. 💙
