Join us for an extraordinary experience where breath of renewal. In this second session of the winter series, we engage in active group breathwork, designed to help you relax and be in the present moment.

The journey is enhanced by live hand drumming and meticulously selected and produced music, each rhythm chosen to deepen your connection and elevate your awareness. Let the drumbeats synchronize with your breath, creating an immersive environment that invites profound relaxation and introspection.

Bring your yoga mat, blanket, and, if desired, an eye mask to enrich your inner exploration as you relax in a safe and nurturing space.

Please arrive early (doors open at 7:30pm) as we will begin at 7:45pm.
