Our Holotropic Breathwork classes are designed to release pent-up emotions, reduce anxiety, improve mental clarity, and support whole-body healing, making it ideal for anyone seeking deep transformation and inner peace.

• Setting: Small group experience capped at ~12 participants—intentionally intimate for individualized care.
• Session: Each class includes guided, conscious breathing techniques, binaural beats, blindfolds or noise-canceling headphones for sensory immersion, and a grounding integration time afterward.
• Atmosphere: Soothing music, supportive facilitation by certified instructors focused on trauma-informed healing, and safe space to process deep emotional content.

• Water bottle: To hydrate after the session
• Journal (optional): To reflect or capture breakthroughs

We provide cusioned mats, yoga mats, head pillows, eye masks and headphones!

Wear loose, breathable layers. Avoid restrictive clothing or tight waistbands.
