Join Denise Keenan for a 2-hour breathwork class, in which we will use breathwork to open the body’s energy systems and result in these common benefits:-Stress reduction and relief of anxiety

Denise Keenan has been studying breathwork for over thirty years. Her background in hypnotherapy, energy work and spirituality led her to become certified in Transformational Breathing in 1993 and then continue on to work with Hawaiian Kahunas, Shamans, Druid priests and other exceptional teachers who imparted esoteric and practical knowledge of the intricacies of the breath and how to access it with grace and ease. It is one of our most precious gifts and a key to a richer, more peace-filled life.
Please dress comfortably. We will be having a short instruction and then lying on the floor. Bring yoga mats and bolsters if you have them or need them. Blankets will be available but be sure to bring some socks as sometimes you feel cool when the energy starts to adjust in your body.
