BRING: Eye mask, water bottle, lip balm, journal + pen. *There is yoga mats and blankets at the venue you can use or bring your own if you prefer.
ContraindicationsBreathwork can create specific physiological changes and may trigger strong emotional release. Please inform Loren if any of the following apply to you:Pregnancy (any stage), severe PTSD or trauma, recent surgery, detached retina, glaucoma, kidney disease, high blood pressure, cardiovascular conditions (angina, previous heart attack/stroke), aneurysm, uncontrolled thyroid issues, diabetes, epilepsy, seizure history, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, or previous psychiatric conditions.
FAQs
What is this style of breathwork?
A guided breathing technique that calms the mind, supports emotional processing, and activates deeper clarity. The main journey is 60 minutes, done lying down with eyes closed and guided by music and clear instruction.
What can I expect?
A short grounding meditation, a simple explanation of the technique and sensations you may feel, a full breathwork session, and time afterwards for integration and questions.
I have one of the contraindications - can I still come?
Message or email Loren with details. She’ll let you know if adjustments are possible, if a 1:1 session is safer, or if this isn’t the right time.
Is this R18?
Yes. Breathwork is safe for younger people but best delivered privately.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes - transfers are allowed up to 12 hours before the event (email your order number to [email protected]). No refunds are offered; within 12 hours tickets become non-transferable.
