We welcome you to a 3 hour ceremony with facilitated rebirthing breathwork and integrative sound journey.
Guided into the body, we will lead a breathwork session that assists in releasing emotions, energy, trauma, stuck in the body -Healing, releasing, restoring parts of ourselves.
Breath is a powerful tool that can take us into an altered state of consciousness. In these states, it is easier to access and release emotion stored within the body that contribute to struggling with mental health, emotional regulation, feeling connected etc
With release, we create space, and that space helps in grounding - feeling more settled, connected, feeling joy and abundance.
You will be guided by a trauma experienced team who will support during the breathwork emotionally and physically.
The session with be fully guided and held, with a sound journey to integrate the experience and settle into a deep state of rest.
Everyone's experience is different, come with intention, and limit expectation.

Please note, healing is a journey, a weaving, a spiralling. We recommend attending across the events we hold, knowing it will be a different experience and take you deeper as you build a relationship with the breath.
We are holding other events on the same weekend, which complement each other beautifully.
