This immersive experience invites you to soften the edges of the day, open your heart, and reconnect to your breath as a bridge between the seen and unseen. Through deep, rhythmic, breathing, we will clear space in the body, release emotional residue, and awaken inner stillness.

What to expect:

- gentle movement and nervous system regulation techniques

- meditation with ceremonial cacao for enhanced embodiment

- guided rhythmic breathwork set to original music by Her Mana

- sound bath & journey that explores wordless melody, crystal bowls, string instruments and primal tones of various drums

- closing with an intimate concert

Cacao will be provided by BOA Collective

What to bring:

- items to create a cozy spot (i.e. yoga mat, sheep skin, blankets)

- eye mask (if preferred)
