Whether you’re looking to optimise performance, improve sleep, manage stress, or simply slow down from the demands of everyday life, this session is designed to help you reconnect with your breath and leave feeling calm, grounded and recharged.
Led by Rory, you’ll be guided through a series of intentional breathing techniques designed to help shift your state, improve awareness and create space for both physical and mental recovery.
No experience is required, just bring yourself, a mat and an open mind and a willingness to breathe.
