Breathwork gives us a path back to that place - not by becoming childlike, but by reconnecting to ourselves with all of the wisdom, tools, discernment, and resources we now carry as adults.
It helps us regulate our nervous systems, move emotion and energy through the body, quiet the noise, and create space to actually hear ourselves again.
Please bring:
A favorite blanket (we also provide blankets)
Water
Mats and eye masks are provided.
Whether this is completely new to you or something you’ve experienced before, you are welcome exactly as you are.
