Breathwork & Sound Healing at Your Space Collective:

Join us in person for a Breathwork and Sound Healing Ceremony in Normal Heights, San Diego every other Monday. In this session you are guided through a patterned breathing technique to help release stress, restore balance, and bridge body, mind & spirit. No experience is needed—just bring your open mind and comfy clothes.

**Pay What You Can tickets are not meant to be used as a discount for those who can afford a full price ticket, but rather for community members that otherwise would not be able to financially support coming to recieve. Please buy a ticket if you can, please pay what you can if you cannot.
