Breathwork & Sound!

Breathwork workshop is done lying on your back on a yoga mat. I will guide you through deep diaphragmatic breathing in a deep soul-cleansing breathing technique that will allow you to release stress, trauma, anxiety, and so much more. Through this guided transformational session you will oxygenate your bloodstream and move stagnant energy from your core which will improve your physical, mental, and emotional state.

The Breathwork practice is proven to help support a healthy immune system, reduce inflammation in the body, and combat depression and anxiety. Many people feel an overall sense of wellbeing, clarity, and healing after one session. Additional benefits include a massive release of stress, a new sense of clarity and knowing, awakening to your higher purpose and mission, ability to manifest faster and more efficiently, deep relaxation and inner peace, overwhelming feelings of joy and bliss, a deeper connection to Source, new insights, revelations, and epiphanies (sometimes very mystical), expansion of consciousness and awareness (ability to see the bigger picture), feeling of Oneness with the Universe and humanity, ability to quiet the monkey mind a.k.a “The Critic”, feeling of deep love for self and others, release of toxins and negativity, profound healing from old wounds, trauma, and grief, release of old emotions and negative patterns and transcendence of self (feeling reborn).

W hat you will need: Yoga Mat, Blanket, wear warm comfortable clothes, water, eye mask (optional).

More Info: This will be an indoor breathwork workshop focusing people wanting to release stress and understand the power of your breath. Free parking in the plaza. Ages welcome between 10- 70+ years old. Bring a friend, your partner, a relative, or come solo.
