Join Noemí for a magical Saturday evening designed to help you ground, release, and reconnect. Through an immersive breathwork session followed by a deeply restorative sound healing journey, you’ll be guided into an altered state of consciousness where true relaxation and inner clarity can unfold.

Experience the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and other healing instruments as they wash over you—supporting emotional release, nervous system reset, and full-body rejuvenation.

Whether you're new to breathwork or a seasoned meditator, this experience offers a safe and supportive space to let go of stagnant energy and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.

8:40–9:00pm | Community Circle (optional sharing—come as you are, speak your palabra or listen and receive the medicina)

About The Facilitator:

Noemí Caraveo (she/her/ella) is a Latina healer and proud daughter of Mexican immigrants who is dedicated to supporting Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) on their journey of healing and reconnection with themselves.

She holds a Master of Arts in Guidance and Counseling and serves professionally as a Community College Counselor. A lifelong student of healing and spirituality, Noemí has cultivated an integrative practice rooted in both ancestral wisdom and contemporary healing modalities. She is certified in Soulmonic Sound Healing, Holotropic Breathwork, and Curanderismo (Traditional Mexican Medicine), and is also an Usui Reiki Master and a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.

From an early age, Noemí was recognized as having a don—a sacred gift for healing. Through years of spiritual study, personal healing, and devoted practice, she has deepened her intuitive gifts and now serves as a medium, weaving divine love, spiritual guidance, and compassionate presence into every aspect of her work.
