Breathwork & Reiki: A Transformational Journey

On the eve of the Blue Full Moon: A deep breath-led journey that opens awareness, releases stored emotion, and reconnects you to your inner wisdom.

This guided variation of holotropic breathing journey is a carefully held experience designed to support release, insight, and reconnection with your inner wisdom.

You will be guided into approximately 40 minutes of active, conscious breathing, supported by evocative music. This rhythmic breath opens access to expanded states of awareness, allowing emotions, memories, and sensations to arise and move through naturally—without force or expectation. You are always encouraged to honor your body’s cues and move at your own pace. All breathing will be done lying on your back.

The active breathing concludes with a gentle integration/meditative period (20 minutes), offering space to rest and enjoy the fruits of your labor. More than likely, you will experience visuals and connection to all of creation.

*Throughout the session, I will be using Reiki to support relaxation, release, and energetic alignment.

This experience is offered as an invitation—come as you are, trust your process, and leave feeling more connected, clear, and embodied.

Holotropic breathwork involves deep, active breathing that may create intense physical, emotional, or psychological experiences.
