Held only on Monday evenings, our group breathwork ceremonies serve as an opportunity, to connect deeper to yourself and a like minded community. With every class, integrating your breath into your healing and wellbeing physically and emotionally.


If you’re new to breathwork and meditation, this is the perfect place to start!


Just bring yourself, an open mind and some water if you’d like!


1 on 1 sessions are offered privately.
