In this profound and deeply healing workshop, we begin by surrounding ourselves in the highest frequencies of truth and love—calling in our personal guides, angels, and beloved ancestors of light. From this sacred space, we will anchor into our physical bodies and activate the 12-chakra system.You’ll then be gently guided into a simple yet powerful breath technique designed to open higher states of consciousness and create space for deep inner shifts.
After a quiet, contemplative lunch, we will move into an embodied journey into the family soul—a spiritual field that holds the memory, trauma, and love of your lineage. Through presence, reverence, and guided constellation work, we will witness what was hidden, honor those who were forgotten, and release what was never ours to carry.
As we restore the natural flow of love and life, profound clarity, release, and reconnection become possible—not only for ourselves, but for those who came before and after us.
