Course Overview
This immersive training explores the deeply connected worlds of breathwork(pranayama) and movement transitions—on the mat and in life. Designed for yoga teachers, movement guides, and committed practitioners, this course offers practical tools and embodied understanding of how breath can shape presence, guide transitions, and support lasting well-being.
Through a blend of lectures and practice clinics, we will dive into the anatomical, philosophical, and energetic foundations of pranayama—while learning how to teach, cue, and apply breathwork in flow sequences and life transitions alike.
