Jaime and I are opening our hearts and inviting our community to gather with us on the sacred red rocks of Sedona.
This offering is a gentle invitation to slow down…
to come back into your body…
to place your breath in rhythm with the land beneath you.
As the sun begins to set, we will share a grounding sound bath, meditation, and breathwork—creating a soft, supportive space where our nervous systems can unwind and our spirits can rest. Together, we will sit in stillness, breathe deeply, and allow the earth and elements to hold us as the light fades.
No experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.
This gathering is open to all.
Please bring water, a yoga mat or something comfortable to rest on, a blanket, and warm layers for when the air cools. Bring anything that helps you feel safe, cozy, and at ease.
🌱 This is a free, donation-based gathering.
All donations go directly toward our vision of creating a community food forest—a living prayer for the land, a place that nourishes the earth and feeds the people, offering abundance to our community and to all who pass through.
