Welcome to Breathwork and Silent Disco!
Come join us for a unique experience of Breathwork followed by a Silent Disco party! Release stress, increase energy, and connect with others in a fun and uplifting atmosphere.
Date: Sunday, April 6th -10:15am-12pm.
Location: 1626 Nash Hernandez Senior Rd (Cross street of Chicon and Nash Hernandez Sr. rd in the Park). There is usually plenty of street parking and the pool close by also has a lot.
No experience needed, just bring yourself and an open mind. Let's breathe, dance, and have a great time together!
Recommended to bring a Yoga mat, blanket and water.
