Breathwork and Shamanic Drum Journey Ceremony

Drawing on the energetics of both Venus and Mercury turning direct, just following the November New Moon:
Cricket Enos and Raven Heart lead a Pranayama Kriya breathwork session followed by a Shamanic Drum Journey.
This is 24 minutes of active breathing followed by a 20 minute Savasana with Shamanic drumming and sound bath.
There will be light yogic movement before we begin and the opportunity for quiet journaling and reflection immediately following.
Please bring:
Anything you need to lay comfortably on the floor for 60 minutes.
(A yoga mat with a soft topper, a pillow, a bolster, a blanket to cover yourself)
An eye cover
Your journal
Water and a healthy snack to ground yourself after.
This will be needed before driving.
