Join us for a breath-led journey to calm the nervous system, release emotional holding, and reconnect with the authentic, untamed parts of ourselves. After guided breathwork, we’ll gather by the pool to connect, reflect, or simply float - integrating the work in water and community.

Come as you are. Leave a little lighter, softer, and more inspired.

Info: Doors open at 12:30 PM — come early to settle in and create your cozy spot.

✨ Breathwork begins promptly at 1:00 PM and will run for about two hours. Meg Krug will guide us through a powerful somatic breathwork session to help you release, recharge, and reconnect.

At 3:00 PM, we’ll shift into relaxed poolside vibes—a casual hangout with potluck-style snacks and a chance to mingle with like-minded folks and build community.

We’ll begin wrapping up and cleaning up around 4:00 PM.
