Breathwork and Journaling

The Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience has been designed to facilitate epiphanies and breakthroughs through a selection of music combined with different types of breathing, movement, meditation, and integration. This method creates a container conducive to breakthrough-type experiences. It encourages the movement of energy and emotions. Depending on the structure, this will take approximately 90 minutes and incorporate sounds, scents, and touch.
