Through guided breathwork, movement and meditation, you will tap into your body's natural ability to heal and let go of what no longer serves you. This is an Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience with a twist. We will take a deep dive during an extended movement experience and encourage expression by moving, vocalizing and releasing!
