About:

BREATHSCAPE is a transformative 2.5 hour breathwork experience where we'll release pain, shed old habits, and elevate ourselves for the journey ahead. Feel the heightened emotions and profound bodily sensations as you consciously control your breath, unraveling subconscious limitations that keep you stuck. Breathe into a new beginning with us—break free, renew, and embrace the transformative power of breath.

This session includes:

• light refreshments

• short + gentle yoga practice for calm relaxation

• deep breathwork to disconnect from the thinking mind and release subconscious limitations

• mindful meditation for present moment awareness

• journaling for integration & reflection

Preparing for the session:

• no prior experience is necessary, and all levels are welcome
• please arrive no more than 20 minutes prior to your appointment
• the session will begin promptly at 12:30 PM
• please dress comfortably and be prepared to relax
• please bring a yoga mat and journal
• you may also like to bring water, an eye/sleep masks, blanket and/or a pillow (none of these props are required; they are optional and recommended tools for you to find support)
