Breathing Space Breathwork Journey: Inner Elder, Inner Child

Have you forgotten what it was like to be a child? When was the last time you played, laughed, and cried without caring who was watching? Have you made friends with your Inner Elder recently? That wise, kind and beautiful version of you that is always with you, always has your back.

Join us on a very special Breathwork Journey to reconnect with these two vital aspects of yourself!

By using Conscious Connected Breath (a specific breathing technique) in a safe environment, each participant is supported to enter a relaxed state of consciousness. From that relaxed state, it is possible to have experiences ranging from the physical, spiritual, and a chance for deep and profound healing.

Alternatively, you may just have a relaxed hour of nourishing and relaxing breathing!

This can be a very transformational breath but at all times you will be the author of your own experience and will ultimately control how deep you go.

A Breathing Space Breathwork Journey is a safe and gentle process that encourages everyone to explore, experience, express, and release their emotions. It is deeply healing, energizing, and suitable for almost all people.

Come along and dance with the playfulness of your inner Child and converse with the wisdom of your inner Elder.
