This retreat offers a small group a unique healing experience in an intimate setting in a beautifully restored inn in Keene, NH. Connecting to our breath is key to restoring our health and wellness. Our breath is one of the most important aspects of becoming aware of who we truly are: an amazing human being with talents, gifts, capabilities and capacities that make the world a better place. Unfortunately a lot of those talents are frozen within us and stifle our abilities to function at 100%. We have 9 beautifully restored rooms that are less than a 5 minute walk to downtown Keene.
