Join us for Breathing Free Conversations: Healthy Futures Edition, a welcoming and judgment-free listening circle where community members can talk openly about smoking, stress, health, and healing.

Share your experiences, hear from others, learn about available resources, and help shape programs that better support our community.

Whether you're thinking about quitting, have tried before, or simply want to learn more, your voice matters.


What to Expect
  • Open discussion in a safe, respectful environment
  • Opportunities to share experiences and hear from others
  • Information about smoking cessation resources, including counseling, nicotine replacement options, and local support programs
  • Practical tips and encouragement for starting or continuing a quit journey
  • Resource materials and next-step support information
  • Food and refreshments
  • $25 incentive for participation – mailed to participant's home address

Eligibility
  • Open to adults 18+
  • Priority given to current smokers and individuals interested in quitting
  • Advance registration required
  • Participants must be willing to engage respectfully in a group discussion
