Event Details:Caregivers, parents, mom, and dad bring your kids (ages 8+) or feel free to come alone and join Time of Butterflies and Anna on Saturday, September 28th, at 10:30am for a grounding asana practice and meditation. The event will allow you to move and breathe mindfully as we enter the fall season. While Fall marks the official end of summer, it also brings with it new beginnings. This grounding and stabilizing practice and mediation will be a time to mindfully set intentions for the new season, and to honor all that comes with transitions.
