Breathing Beyond Grief and Loss 9D Breathwork Journey - All Are Welcome

Dustin from The Strength of Men invites you to journey into the power of your breath with this 9D Breathwork experience at Sweet Freedom Yoga Studio in Salmon Arm.

Through the use of the provided headphones and eye cover immerse yourself into this safe healing space.

This journey is designed to gently and compassionately guide you through the full spectrum of grief, returning you to a state of love. We start with 17 minutes of downregulation breathwork to create relaxation, calm, and safety. Following this, the active breathing session navigates emotions associated with grief and loss, from numbness to anger, blame, shame, guilt, remorse, and regret, ultimately leading to acceptance and letting go. The session integrates techniques such as subliminal messages, binaural beats, visualizations, NLP, and hypnosis to release stuck emotions and belief patterns. You will emerge feeling lighter, more connected, and with a profound sense of relief and acceptance.
