About Sahara Alexandra
Sahara leads from the heart, weaving together earthy, traditional practices with warmth and authenticity. Her teaching embraces yoga, meditation, breathwork, Reiki, Ayurveda, trauma-informed approaches , SEND, womb healing, and more. With experience spanning from teaching children to prenatal & post-natal mothers, Sahara brings inclusivity and compassion to every session.
Formerly the owner of Bridgnorth Yoga Studio, Sahara now devotes her time to her own family, teaching, retreats, and community collaborations. Her workshops are a celebration of connection—to self, to others, and to the elements.
