This intense and gratifying workshop is about release and surrender!
You will use breathe and to clear, move and release stagnant energy and to release old emotions, limiting beliefs, and traumas stored in your body
Breathwork activates your parasympathetic nervous system, detoxifies the body, increases oxygen to the brain, activating brain centers.
This is unlike any breathwork you’ve done in your yoga class. Joanne’s breath workshops blends the 2-stage Pranayama Breath, taught by world renown breath expert, David Elliott, and blended together with her expertise in other healing modalities.
Remember to:
Dress comfortable and if you have a favorite yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow, journal & pen, your water bottle, feel free to bring.
Eat light and it’s recommended to not to have any heavy meals 1-hour prior to workshop.
Seek the advice of your doctor before attending the workshop if you have any medical questions or concerns about breathwork for any medical conditions you have.
