ABOUT:

Join us for a Saturday morning reset of breathwork, and contrast therapy (sauna/ice baths). Whether you're a seasoned wellness warrior or looking to try something new, this is the perfect way to recharge, connect with like-minded community, and transform discomfort into resilience that sets you up for a more vibrant weekend ahead.

DETAILS:

• Enjoy 30 minutes of guided breathwork to release stress, shift your mindset, and find clarity.
• 15 minutes of self guided sauna time to sweat out the week
• 2-3 minute rounds of guided cold plunge for muscle recovery and to build resilience.
• Guests will rotate between the sauna and cold plunge following the breathwork

$40 per person includes 1st 10 oz beer from Hogshead Brewery.

WHEN AND WHERE:

Class starts at 9:30 am with sauna and cold plunge to follow. Located at Hogshead Brewery (4460 W 29th Ave, Denver, CO 80212). Please note: all activities take place outside so come prepared with weather appropriate attire!

What's included: 30 minutes of breathwork followed by rotations of self-guided sauna and 2-3 mins rounds guided cold plunge. Outdoor shower, changing space, extra towels, water, 10oz beer coupon, and lounging area

What to know: Please arrive 5-10 minutes ahead of the class to get checked-in and set up. The breathwork session will be held outdoors on the Hogshead Brewery patio. The patio is heated, but please dress accordingly for an outdoor setting.

What to bring: Wear comfortable and warm clothing for breathwork. Keep on your active wear or bring a swimsuit for sauna/plunge. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and optional items like a blanket, pillow, or eye mask for breathwork. Don't forget your own towel and water for hydration!

Alycia Wong is a certified somatic breathwork and movement facilitator (RYT-200, Soma+IQ, Pilates, Barre) with 13+ years experience transforming well-being through empowering mind-body-spirit practices.

She founded The Way Hom in 2023 as a social wellness pop-up dedicated to practices like breathwork and guided ice baths that help build resilience, foster a sense of belonging, and encourage more abundant living.
