Women's Run & Health Clinic

Welcome to the Women's Run & Health Clinic! Join us on Sat, Mar 8, 2025 at 8:00 AM for a celebration of International Women's Day focused on women's health and fitness. Whether you're a seasoned runner or just starting out, this clinic is for you!

We'll start with a 3-mile run/1-mile walk down the Cherry Creek Trail, and you will have the chance to demo Adidas shoes! Bagels, cream cheese, and coffee will be available afterwards. Then, physical therapist Dr. Jessica Cooley of KinetikChain Denver will lead a discussion on the female athlete triad/relative energy deficiency in sport.
