This 90-minute guided healing experience, led by our compassionate host Arusha Divine, is a sacred space for women – especially women of color – to pause, release, and reconnect with themselves. The atmosphere is warm, empowering, and inviting, allowing you to step away from daily stresses and immerse yourself in much-needed self-care and sisterhood.

What to expect

During this restorative session, you will be gently guided through a series of healing practices designed to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Come as you are and be prepared to:

•Guided Meditation: Quiet your mind with calming meditation to center yourself and find inner peace.

• Journaling: Reflect and release on paper – guided journaling prompts will help you explore your feelings and spark personal insights.
• Active Breathwork: Harness the power of your breath in an energizing breathwork session to release tension and stress, leaving you feeling lighter and rejuvenated.
• Reflection & Sharing: End with a heartfelt group reflection. You’ll have the opportunity to share (only if you want to) and bond with a supportive community of sisters on a similar journey.
