Join us for four warm and welcoming in-person gatherings where we breathe, move, and connect with amazing women just like you. A gentle, grounding invitation to find a moment to connect with your body and a like-minded community.It's all about sharing space, embracing each other's energy, and nurturing your soul. Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed and connected!

Breathe: Take a breath...

Gentle breath work and mindfulness exercises to support grounding and relaxation.

Find a moment to rest and nourish your body.

Move: Release through movement...

Soulful somatic practices to encouarge an uplifting connection to you body. Informed by Dance Movement Psychotherapy and an array of dance traditions.

No dance experience needed. Move the body you bring into the space.

Connect: Make connections...

Through guided meditation, awaken your parasympathertic nervous system and give yourself time to discover body-mind-soul connection in a supportive environment.

Light refreshments provided at the end of each session, with space for group sharings and discussions.

We are looking for 6 women to join our small group, in this intimate, creative space.
