Yin teacher AnnMarie Wolf will cue your gentle release into Yin Yoga shapes. As you settle into the releasing minutes of each shape, Breanne Queen, Breathwork Facilitator, will guide you to anchor your mind into the present to deepen your mind-body release. This guided Yin and Breathwork workshop will help you cultivate stillness. Each pose will release tension, and each breath will take you deeper. Leaving you feeling rejuvenated, mind, body, and spirit.
