Tap Into the Power of Clarity BreathworkYour breath is a precious gift that is with you from birth. Yet, somewhere along this journey called life, we lost the ability to fully breathe our bodies.
Wounding, either physical or emotional, is something we all endure, and our body, mind, and spirit are often dimmed by it. This will show up in our breath. We become shallow breathers, limiting not only our ability to take in air with our inhale, but also all that life has to offer. By not fully exhaling, it can be hard to let go of what no longer serves us.

Robin Eisen has over 50 years of experience as a physical therapist and has studied many alternative healing modalities, including the Feldenkrais Method, CranioSacral Therapy, Lymph Drainage, and EFT Tapping. She is now a Clarity Breathwork Practitioner and has found Clarity Breathwork to be a game changer with her clients in her private practice, Dragonfly Body Mind
