Join Laura of Intuitive Healing as we Breathe into Bliss!
An opportunity to sit back, release and reset the body and mind after the festive period.
This is a powerful releasing experience through Holotrophic Breathwork where you will be taught how to release stuck energies within the body through the breath.
Holotrophic breathwork is a therapeutic and transformational breathing practice to produce altered states of consciousness.
Laura is an incredibly intuitive and gifted healer. She has over 20 years of experience as an intuitive, counsellor and teacher, the combination of these skills allows her clients to go deeper into the healing process. Laura’s practice is in South Africa however we are delighted to be hosting her in the UK for this extra special class.
Precautions: Pregnant, Heart Disease, PTSD. Avoid eating anything heavy a couple of hours before the session.
