This transformational breathwork journey is designed to help you release those emotions. By releasing the emotions that cause inaction, you’ll move into courage, the gateway emotion that ignites empowerment and initiates aligned action in the physical body.
Here’s what to expect during the event:
Opening Circle & Intention Setting: Begin with a grounding exercise to center your mind and body, set intentions, and prepare to release what no longer serves you.
Meditation & Journaling: Connect with your inner self through a calming meditation, followed by journaling prompts to uncover emotions keeping you stuck.
Guided Breathwork Journey:
- Release trapped emotions like shame, fear, and apathy.
- Reconnect with your inner strength and courage.
- Transcend patterns and programs that keep you stuck.

Integration & Reflection: Process your experience through journaling and quiet reflection to anchor your breakthroughs.

About your facilitator, Nikki Blair!
Nikki Blair is an in-bodiment mentor and trauma-informed healer who mentors people in private containers, facilitates breathwork ceremonies, and healing immersions. Her work is dedicated to helping those who feel disconnected from their bodies remember the aliveness and the joy that can be experienced in everyday life. Through personalized guidance, she works with people who struggle with unprocessed trauma in their bodies and who find themselves out of their bodies and caught in cycles of self-limiting beliefs and behaviors.
