What is 9D Breathwork?

9D Breathwork is a revolutionary guided breathwork experience that combines conscious breathing with nine powerful dimensions to create a deeply immersive journey unlike traditional breathwork.

These nine dimensions include guided breathwork, 360° spatial audio, binaural beats, brainwave entrainment, hypnotic coaching, subliminal therapy, solfeggio frequencies, 432 Hz harmonic tuning, and cinematic storytelling, all delivered through premium 9D headphones.

Rather than simply listening to music while you breathe, you're guided through a carefully engineered multi-sensory experience where every layer is designed to work together, creating a powerful sense of immersion from beginning to end.

Your Experience

We'll begin with a brief introduction to the breathing practice before you settle comfortably onto your mat.

Once the journey begins, you'll put on your headphones, close your eyes, and simply follow the guided breathing instructions. There is nothing to memorize, no meditation experience required, and no expectation to "do it right." Your only job is to breathe.

Following the experience, you'll have time to gently return, reflect, and then enjoy a complimentary glass of wine in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

Will I be breathing intensely for the entire session?

No. The pace and intensity naturally vary throughout the journey. You're always encouraged to listen to your body and adjust your breathing whenever needed.

What might I experience?

Every experience is unique. Some participants feel deeply relaxed, while others experience emotional release, renewed clarity, a greater sense of presence, or simply the rare opportunity to completely disconnect from the outside world for two hours.

Is this a spiritual or religious event?

Health & Safety

This breathwork experience involves active breathing techniques and may not be suitable for everyone.

Please consult your healthcare provider before participating if you are pregnant or have a history of cardiovascular disease, uncontrolled high blood pressure, epilepsy or seizures, glaucoma, detached retina, severe respiratory conditions, recent surgery or injury, or any medical or psychiatric condition that could be affected by intensive breathwork.

Refund & Transfer Policy

To preserve the quality of the experience, spaces are intentionally limited and reserved in advance. For this reason, all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

If you're unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to a future session by providing at least 48 hours' notice before the event.

Transfers are subject to availability, must be used within three months of the original event date, and each ticket may be transferred once.

Transfer requests made less than 48 hours before the event, or failure to attend without prior notice, will result in the ticket being forfeited.
