Give yourself the gift of stillness this winter. Breathe & Restore is a gentle restorative yoga practice designed to calm your nervous system, release tension, and invite deep relaxation. Each class combines supportive postures, conscious breathwork, and quiet moments of rest—helping you unwind, reset, and restore balance during the colder season.

• Soothing poses held 5–10 minutes with the support of props (bolsters, blankets, and blocks provided).
• Gentle breathwork to quiet the mind and reduce stress.
• A nurturing, cozy space to rest, rejuvenate, and reconnect with yourself.
