We are back again following on from how well last months lovely event 🩵Have you tried yogic breathwork? Pranayama.
It’s an ancient practice, in fact there are many different types. Science is finally catching up and is really getting on to the benefits for overall health & wellbeing, something the yogis have always known 😇
Fancy giving it a go? I have a cosy little session booked this Friday evening where we will explore different methods and transcend ourselves on a journey to peace. A long deep restful sleep is very likely 💤💤💤
We will move through:
Asana - a series of gentle movements to get yourself out of your thoughts and into your physical body
Pranayama- working with the breath
Pratyahara - withdrawal of the senses
Dharana - concentration- control of the mind
I’ll guide you through some simple steps to find that inner bliss 😇
We will finish up with a cup of herbal tea and a chat. I can’t wait for this super special evening again ✨✨✨
