About this Event
Delivered in partnership by World Wellness Group (WWG) and Brisbane Walkie Talkies, this welcoming session brings people together to enjoy gentle movement, meaningful connection, and practical wellbeing tools in a safe and inclusive environment.
Whether you are completely new to yoga or have practised before, everyone is welcome. The session is designed to be relaxed, beginner friendly, and accessible to people from all backgrounds and experiences.
Alongside a gentle yoga practice, participants will have the opportunity to connect with others in the community, learn simple wellbeing strategies, and find out about free health, and wellbeing support services available through WWG.
