Our offering begins with a one hour Iyengar Yoga session where will explore renewal as we shed our winter "skin" and honor the beginning of Spring.Following Yoga, immerse yourself in a meditative tea ceremony with Jen, a journey inward to your center. In this tranquil space, we'll reflect and set intentions for nature's new year, embracing times of awakening and growth. Leave feeling refreshed and ready to blossom into the best version of yourself!
