One of the featured speakers will be the creator of Little Minds Resources, a PMHNP and author, presenting on the questions many parents and caregivers are asking about children’s mental health today. You’ll also hear from a panel of inspiring women, including experts in psychology, wellness, and nutrition, sharing real tools and perspectives for supporting mental well-being in everyday life.
