Join us for a serene afternoon of creativity and connection at our Breathe & Bloom event—a mindful flower arranging workshop set in the calming atmosphere of our yoga studio. Surrounded by the peaceful energy of the space, you'll ignite your creativity as you arrange your own flower bouquet while sipping tea, connecting with community, and embracing the beauty of the present moment.

We will start with a meditation to awaken creativity and inspiration. Option to decorate your flower jar for an added touch. No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and love for nature. All materials provided, and you’ll leave with your own stunning floral arrangement and a refreshed spirit. Light snacks provided.
