Come join us for a rejuvenating experience at the Perrystown Manor Estate Community Centre! This event is all about taking a moment to breathe and awaken your mind, body, and spirit. Expect to release trapped emotion with meditative music through headsets. We will guide you through your coscious breath for 2 hours while you lie down and emerse in somatic release.

This is a transformative release for the body and the mind.

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, eye mask and a water bottle for your comfort.
