Breathe Into Your Heart Again with Kevin Hartigan — Twice This November
This month, Kevin’s breathwork comes to the Sanctuary twice.
The CBCS PTA asked us to host an evening session to close out their Local Wellness Retreat, and we felt that Kevins Beathwork would be the perfect fit. Thank you, PTA, for caring for the people who give so much of their energy to our valley’s kids. The way you look after them shapes how those kids grow, and we’re grateful.
Both sessions are open to everyone. You don’t need to be part of the retreat to join. Wherever your day finds you, in Crested Butte, Gunnison, or somewhere in between, come let your body reset.
The practice: Kevin leads 30 minutes of conscious, circular breathwork. Then you sink into a deep integration with singing bowls and the gong. It’s a nervous system reset: you breathe hard, then you rest completely.
Your guide: Kevin has lived in Gunnison for years. He’s an Ortho-Bionomy practitioner and breathwork facilitator, and he’ll help you settle into the “Presence of YOU.”
Two dates · 90 minutes each:

Tue, Nov 17 · 7:00 PM: Our monthly third-Tuesday session
