During the Somatic Breathwork Session, you'll be guided to access deeper states of awareness and release stagnant energy. This powerful practice will help you connect with your body, unlock emotional blockages, and prepare you to embody the strength and courage of the dragon. We will connect with the dragon energy from all directions: north, east, south, and west, so you can learn how to harness this primal force for personal empowerment and creative expression.
Following the breathwork, we'll gather in a sacred circle for a heart-opening sharing ceremony. This is a safe and supportive space to connect with others, share your experiences, and integrate the energies awakened during the session. You'll also gain further insights through intuitive card pulls, offering guidance and clarity on your personal journey, as well as journaling prompts to help you reflect on your experience and integrate the lessons learned.
