Imagine settling in as the day winds down, ready to let go of stress and step into a space just for you. You'll be enveloped by the magic of special sounds and frequencies that gently guide your brainwaves into a calmer state, soothing your nervous system and awakening your body's natural ability to heal.
Our special room is crafted for deep introspection. We've thought of every detail to ensure your comfort: from the cozy wall and ceiling heaters that perfectly regulate the temperature, to the special soft mats, bolsters, and cork blocks that support you completely.

~ Instruments of the Sound Journey:
Prepare to be enveloped by an orchestra of healing sounds, each chosen for its vibrational properties and ability to touch the soul:
• Crystal Singing Bowls: Ethereal sounds that promote clarity and chakra balance.
• Tibetan Bowls: Ancestral vibrations that induce a deep state of relaxation and meditation.
• Native Flute: Gentle and evocative melodies that connect with nature and indigenous wisdom.
• Nylon String Guitar: Harmonious chords that bring a sense of comfort and peace.
• Chimes: Delicate sonic sparkles that cleanse the energetic field and elevate vibrations.
• Shamanic Drum: The pulse of the Earth, inviting grounding, release, and states of trance.
• Exotic Rattles: Organic and rhythmic sounds that activate and purify.
• Tingsha: Tibetan cymbals that mark the beginning and end of cycles, promoting focus and presence.
• Silence: The sacred space between session parts, where true healing and integration occur, allowing vibrations to settle within your being.

Vitor Ramos is certified in Australia and an experienced musician whose passion for well-being spans over a 20 years career. You're in truly caring and expert hands.

~ What to Bring:
To allow you to fully surrender and make the most of this journey, I suggest bringing:
• Your favourite blanket and Pillow
• Eye cover (highly recommended for complete and comfortable immersion)
• Water bottle
• Optional: Journal for notes, crystals, or other sacred items you wish to energise or that help you connect.
Important: To optimise your experience, please avoid alcohol or strong stimulants on the day of the event and opt for a light meal, if needed.

~ Event Schedule:
5:45 PM - Doors Open: a moment for you to arrive, settle in, and prepare your comfortable space.
6 PM - Opening Meditation: we will begin with a brief meditation to connect and set individual and collective intentions for the journey ahead.
6:15 PM - Live Sound Journey (approx. 60 minutes: the heart of the experience, where you will be led by the sound vibrations into a profound state of relaxation and introspection.
7:15 PM -Closing: a moment to land, integrate the experience, and, if you wish, share your perceptions in a safe and welcoming space.

~ Your Well-being is My Priority:
Your safety and comfort are incredibly important to us. Please take a moment to read the following:
• For everyone's safety, this session is not suitable if you have epilepsy, undergone a DBS procedure, active cancer treatment (not in remission), have a terminal or advanced illness.
• If you are pregnant (at any stage) or wear hearing aids/monitors, I ask that you maintain at least a 2-meter distance from the instruments.
• If you've had a fever in the last 24 hours, I kindly ask you to reschedule for a future session. This ensures you'll receive the maximum benefit without an overly intense detoxification process.
• There are special adjustments and alternative comfortable positions to ensure you can still safely receive the benefits of the session. Just let me know beforehand!

I began my experience as a professional in the wellness field in 2003. My journey has brought me to a deep understanding of self-healing and inner development. My passion is to facilitate and hold a safe space for people to work on their well-being and awaken their innate wisdom.
I firmly believe that being in touch with our inner wisdom is key to a fulfilling life. When we are relaxed, happy, confident, and open-minded, life's challenges tend to become smaller or even disappear.
