Please bring a yoga mat or something like a blow-up camping mattress, blanket and pillow. Something for an eye mask is preferred too. There are limited extra blankets and mats I can give out if needed. Also eat lightly a few hours before and wear comfy clothing.

Colter has led over 600 meditation and breathwork groups since 2009 & loves to create sacred spaces for personal transformation and growth. These meditative breathwork experiences can be a quite powerful experience in such a short amount of time and he wants to share them with as many as possible.
